She is a graduate of the Drama School of the "National Theatre of Northern Greece".

She has worked with the "Experimental Stage of Art" ("A Midsummer Night's Dream" by Shakespeare, "The Parade" by Loula Anagnostaki, "Rasomon" by M. and F. Kanin), the "Theatrical Workshop of Thessaloniki" ("The Assassination of Mara" by Peter Weiss, "Measure for Measure" by Shakespeare) and the "Aeikiniton" ("The changeling" by Middleton and Rowley).

From 1984 to 1992 she was a member of the "Open Theatre" ("Much Ado About Nothing" by Shakespeare, "The Marriages of Figarro" by Beaumarshais, "Tis a pity she's a whore" by John Ford, "The tempest" by Shakespeare, "The Pelican" by Strindberg, "Lulu" by Vedekind, "Three Sisters" by Chekhov, "Anfisa" by Andreyev, "The Frogs" by Aristophanes, "Hamlet" by Shakespeare).

She worked with the "Municipal Regional Theatre of Kalamata" ("Troilus and Cressida" by Shakespeare) with the Athineon Theatre ("The three penny opera" by Brecht), with Katia Dandoulaki ("The Seagull" by Chekhov), with Giorgos Kimoulis ("Miss Julia" by Strindberg), "Macbeth" by Shakespeare), with the "Theatre Company Machine" ("Decadence" by Steven Berkoff), and with the "Theatre of the South" ("Helen" by Euripides, "The Duchess of Malfi" by John Webster).

She had worked with the "National Theatre" as a member of the chorus in the tragedies "Orestes", "Hippolytus", "Bacchae", "Electra" by Euripides, and also played the homonymous main roles in the tragedies "Antigone" by Sophocles, "Medea" by Euripides and "Electra" by Sophocles.

From November 1997 to July 1999 she participated in the world grand tour of the National Theatre with the plays "Medea:" and "Electra" which included performances in Turkey, France, Australia, Israel, Portugal, USA, Canada, Denmark, Bulgaria, China, Japan.

In the last three years, in co-operation with the producer Giorgos Kypreos she has put on stage the plays "The Skriker" by Caryl Churchill, "The memory of water" by Sheila Stevenson and "Scenes from an Execution" by Howard Barker.

In the cinema sector she has played in the following movies: "Ulysses' Love" and "120 Decibel" by Vasilis Vafeas, "The Bee-keeper" by Theodoros Aggelopoulos, "The Passage" by Vasiliki Iliopoulou, "Free Diving" by Giorgos Panousopoulos, "The Bachelor" by Nikos Panagiotopoulos, "Black Out" by Menelaos Karamankiolis and "Istanbul, my love" by Setskin Yasar.
